    "text": "مَرْيَمُ؟ بَقايا الأبْجَدِيَّةِ المُسْتَحِيلَةِ، هَلْ تَدْرِينَ؟ بَعْدَ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً لَمْ أفْعَلْ شَيْئاً مُهِمّاً سِوى البَحْثِ عَنْكِ. أَعُودُ إِلى هَذِهِ المَقْبَرَةِ الَّتِي صارَتِ اليَوْمَ وَسَطَ المَدِينَةِ بَعْدَ امْتِدادِ العُمْرانِ بِشَكْلٍ جَنُوبِيٍّ إلَيْها، أَقِفُ عَلى هَذِهِ الشّاهِدَةِ الصَّغِيرَةِ الَّتِي كُتِبَ عَلَيْها كَما اشْتَهَيْتِ فِي وَصِيَّتِكِ: ضَيِّقَةٌ هِيَ الدُّنْيا، ضَيِّقَةٌ مَراكِبُنا، لِلْبَحْرِ وَحْدَهُ سَنَقُولُ: كَمْ كُنّا غُرَباءَ فِي أعْراسِ المَدِينَةِ",
